Quake Skill Levels

There are four Quake skill levels. I always play the Hard level because I like the shooting aspects of the game. Nightmare is great for multi-player practice; but it is very difficult the first time through a map. Easy and Normal levels are probably just fine; but I find them boring after playing the Hard level.
